Star Wars: TFA = Star Wars: ANH. I'm Calling it. #StarWars

"It's like poetry. They rhyme." -- George Lucas

Sigh.

Ok, before anyone calls me a hater, know I'm probably going to love this movie. I certainly want to. But I believe the clues are there: this is a remake of A New Hope. I base this solely on the trailer images and nothing more. No spoilers, no leaks, just speculation. Could be bullshit. Let's explore.

Both movies show a disaffected youth on a backwater desert world leading a fairly hardscrabble existence. Both have mysterious parentage. Both have rectangular landspeeders with useless windshields. (Rey's is just Luke's on its side.)

Both movies have a member of the empire escape. The droids and Finn both crash land on Jakku throwing Luke and Rey's life into chaos and sends them off on an adventure.

Both Luke and Rey encounter Han Solo and Chewie. Being chased by the empire, they both escape the desert planet and blast into hyperspace.

Leia and Poe, both ranking rebel leaders, get captured and tortured.

The Empire and the First Order both have a planet sized death machine. Both blow up a planet to show they mean business.

Both Rey and Luke mourn a death. Both end up on a green world. Both movies will feature an X-wing and Tie Fighter battle above the death machine which has a very long trench.

Now of course, the devil is in the details. What will the character arcs be?

I guess if you're going to repeat a movie, repeating the one that had the most significant impact on culture in the last 50 years is probably a good target to aim for.

Hey HuffPo: No one cares about a black Stormtrooper except bigoted Leftists

Ah the Huffington Post. Is there anything they won't make up?
John Boyega doesn't need a lightsaber to fight against narrow-mindedness and stereotyping: That's what acting is for.

The 23-year-old British actor, who previously starred in 2011's "Attack the Block," has a big (yet mysterious) role as Finn in "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens." Since his casting was announced, some fans -- influenced, no doubt, by the lack of racial diversity in the cast of the original trilogy -- have complained that a dark-skinned actor shouldn't be playing someone who wears a Stormtrooper outfit.

But in an interview with V magazine, Boyega said that these fans are just going to have to "get used to it."
Other links to prove the racism of Star Wars fans go to other articles that interview Patton Oswalt's reaction to the horror of the racism of Star Wars fans reacting negatively to a black stormtrooper.

Problem is, NO ONE has offered a whiff of evidence to support the existence of this wave of racism.

Google "Black Stormtrooper." You will find article after article condemning all the racists out there who are mad about dem darkies messin up our Star Wars. You won't find any of those actual racists these leftists are so mad about.

Because there really aren't any.

Which leads me to my point. Leftists are bigoted against whites.

These reporters never actually produce a stitch of evidence to support the idea that there is even close to a sizable minority that there are racist Star Wars fans out there. But they take this "information" to John Boyega, or Patton Oswalt, or whoever they can stick a microphone in front of and present it as fact. Then ask for a reaction. Boom the story is minted and set in stone as TRUTH.

It's not. It's made up bullshit to keep the narrative going that white people are forever racists. Don't buy it and don't believe it. It's all lies.

This is what they do. This is how you warp the perceptions of the masses who don't take the time to really pay attention. Don't buy it.

Is This a Teaser of A Teaser?

I don't care. Give me more Star Wars NOW!

A video posted by Star Wars (@starwars) on

Let's Talk Personal Responsibility and The Progressive Atmosphere

So more and more details are coming out on this guy who shot two reporters yesterday. He was an Obama supporter. He had a horrible temper. He called people racists who weren't. Fox News had FBI criminal profiler Mary Ellen O'Toole on yesterday who used a term I found interesting: "Injustice Collectors."

This lead me to thinking about how Progressives, Feminists, Social Justice Warriors, or whatever you want to call them think.

It's never their fault.

Take Obama's solution: More Gun control. Because this was the Gun's fault:

Wednesday  at the White House briefing press secretary Josh Earnest used the tragic live broadcasted murders of 24-year-old reporter Alison Parker and cameraman 27 year-old Adam Ward by a disgruntled former news reporter identified as Vester Lee Flanigan to call for “common sense” gun control.
There is never blame on the perpetrator. From what I can find, he blamed everybody everywhere for every failure in his life.

Warped TV reporter Vester Lee Flanagan exasperated bosses with his 'stiff and nervous' delivery, his inability to use a teleprompter - and by wearing a President Obama badge during an election report, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Management at WDBJ dubbed the failed newsman the 'human tape recorder' because he frequently parroted what interviewees had told him rather than doing his own journalism.

Flanagan, 41, clashed repeatedly with photojournalists, belittling them in public and intimidating them with his violent temper, according to internal reports.

He was also censured for wearing an Obama sticker while recording a segment at a polling booth during the 2012 US Presidential Election - a clear breach of journalistic impartiality.

The complaints are outlined in court papers seen by Daily Mail Online that include a scathing performance review carried out prior to his termination in Feb 2013.

This is the progressive mindset. Things are bad because of a conspiracy of other people. The so-called "wage-gap" is because of the "patriarchy." "Black Lives Matter" because robbing, shootings, drive-by's are all the fault of whitey. Nothing is ever the responsibility of the individual.

And why should it be? If you dine on a steady diet of Social Justice and Progressivism, you see enemies everywhere. Everything bad that happens can be attributed to someone. Usually those who are not them. That's all the knowledge necessary to be a good SJW.

So what happens when an unbalanced soul latches on to an unbalanced ideology? I think this is the worst case scenario but not the last.

As humans, we are the only species capable of self-examination. To overcome our weaknesses by identifying them and taking responsibility for them. When we don't, we stagnate. Regress. Progressivism is nothing of the sort. It's taking us back farther than just our type of government. It's turning human beings into lower forms of life... animals.

Think of how vicious progressives have become on twitter. Labor unions routinely beat up those with whom they disagree with. Black progressivism has turned blacks into looters and thugs at the drop of the hat. An individual reporter blames so much of his problems on other people, he feels perfectly justified in murdering them in cold blood, filming it, and putting out on the internet for all to see.

Typically in history, people knew it was wrong to kill. They may justify it but know to hide it and know they will go to jail if they get caught. But this? To do this so brazenly speaks to the incredible lack of self-responsibility. I can't say exactly what he was thinking but he certainly must've believed that he would be exonerated somehow. A manifesto was sent for God's sake.

Injustice collectors is a perfect term for them. Nothing bad that happens is their fault, it's another injustice inflicted on them from someone else. For this gunman, once the injustice bank was full, the killing was justified. It's as simple as that.

Sick.

If the authoritarian left continues to gain power. If SJW's are constantly catered to, if every verbal misstep, every contrary opinion continues to result in ruined lives and death...we will descend back into animals. No rules, no creativity, no happiness, no art, no technology, no compassion, no nothing except basic survival.

This is more than a political disagreement, this is a way of life that must be stopped. It's a way of thinking that causes nothing but damage. It has to be discredited in every way possible. No more excuses, no more trying to understand them. Destroy their ideas, destroy their power. Dismantle progressives and show the world what damage they do. Enough is enough.

Sometimes Things (Like "GOP War on Women") Can Be Made Ridiculous

I mean really if you look at what's happened the last 50 years, is it REALLY the conservatives who have a "War on Women?"

The war began simply enough. In the 1960s, men decided they wanted to see more tits. The Republicans created an organization that encouraged women to burn their bras. Almost overnight, men were treated to breasts of all shapes and sizes swinging freely in thin T-shirts. As we gazed at their pendulous cans, we told women they were expressing their freedom and teaching us a lesson about uncomfortable underwear or something. Conservatives never lost momentum with the “dump ’em out” movement and as recently as 1992 removed all barriers between my eyeballs and funbags.

Inspired by this remarkable victory, the GOP began a “war of the sexes” that would garner as much sex as possible for men. The biggest obstacle they had was the fact that women can create life. This makes them less likely to spread their legs for every Tom, Dick, and Harry who comes along. The solution to this was simple: trivialize it. Make women think it’s an irrelevant detail that’s downright disgusting. This took some convincing, but today it’s not unusual to see a young woman turn her nose up at the act like it’s the same as shitting out a tumor.

“Wasting a woman’s fertile years isn’t even a thing these days. How convenient is that?”

Once getting pregnant was seen as some kind of revolting accident, getting laid was way easier. Republicans encouraged birth control and created a “Free Love” movement where men could bed whomever they wanted without consequences. Those stupid enough to buy the cow when they were getting the milk for free invented key parties, where married men would exchange wives for a night. This led to a massive divorce epidemic, which sucks at first but ultimately means more sex partners for men. It’s a win-win.
If this was always the GOP's goal, we are killing it in the War on Women.

Episode 45: Rachel Dolezal, Anita Sarkeesian, and Jurassic World! #Podcast

We wax on about Rachel Dolezal, the state of racism in this country, Why we can't say "You Guys" anymore, Video games and Anita Sarkeesian, what's been going on in our lives and Jurassic World! Sorry for the delay, we hope you enjoy it! Bonus: Here's the video of our podcast! This was streamed live and there are some hiccups in the audio but not many. The podcast is clean though.

And She's GONE!

So long Rachel.
SPOKANE, Wash. –  The embattled Spokane, Wash., NAACP leader accused by her own parents of falsely portraying herself as black for years quit Monday, saying she remains committed to fighting for "what is right and good in this world."

Rachel Dolezal, whose career as a black civil rights leader began to unravel last week when her parents came forward to say their 37-year-old daughter is not African-American, canceled a chapter meeting Monday where she was expected to speak about the furor sparked over her racial identity. But other members of the organization said they still planned to gather Monday evening, and before the event could take place, Dolezal posted her resignation on Facebook.

It's Not About Race? Of COURSE It's About Race.

Teenage "Oppression" vs. Actual Oppression

From ACE

Teen girls are tired of being looked at sexually. To empower themselves, they are having crop top day to reveal more skin. That's not at all self-defeating.

Today is #CropTopDay, a movement started by a Toronto high school student named Alexi Halket.
In an event page on Facebook, Halket wrote that a male teacher at Etobicoke School of the Arts complained that a shirt she was wearing one day looked “too much like a sports bra.”
“I went in to the office and refused to change or cover up, and I was sent to the principal where we talked for over an hour and came to no conclusion except a threat that if I wore something like this again I would be called in to the office,” she wrote.
These are real fucking problem these girls have. I mean life and death shit. Not at all like that penny-ante shit ISIS is doing.

Remember, ISIS wrote this. They're proud of it. From ISIS's latest English language magazine, an article titled 'Slave-Girls' or Prostitutes'. Allegedly, written by a female ISIS supporter:
The scholars of Sīrah mentioned that the Prophet (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) took four slave-girls as concubines, two of them being Māriyah al-Qibtiyyah and Rayhānah an-Nadriyyah [Zād al-Ma’ād].

How proud is this ISIS supporter of the practice of slavery? This proud:
I write this while the letters drip of pride.

Yes, O religions of kufr altogether, we have indeed raided and captured the kāfirah women, and drove them like sheep by the edge of the sword. And glory belongs to Allah, to His Messenger, and the believers, but the hypocrites do not know!

Oh, and this isn't some theoretical support for slavery. She has firsthand knowledge of it:

Saby (taking slaves through war) is a great prophetic Sunnah containing many divine wisdoms and religious benefits, regardless of whether or not the people are aware of this. The Sīrah is a witness to our Prophet’s (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) raiding of the kuffār. He would kill their men and enslave their children and women. The raids of the beloved Prophet (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) convey this to us....

Yes, Allah has opened the lands for His awliyā’, so they entered and dispersed within the lands, killing the fighters of the kuffār,capturing their women, and enslaving their children.

I and those with me at home prostrated to Allah in gratitude on the day the first slave-girl entered our home. Yes, we thanked our Lord for having let us live to the day we saw kufr humiliated and its banner destroyed.

Oh please stop with your slave shit. There are teenage girls in America who have to wear t-shirts! Jesus, (or Allah) get over yourselves.

Special Episode of Basement Conversations

A very special episode. Jim couldn't make it this week so we have a special guest! She asks Mark a lot of questions and exposes him as the horrible fraud he is.

Friday, May 15, 2015

Woman, make me a Sammich.

Gavin you almost had me. I think there is something to talking in generalities that a great many women aren't happy working but do it because of social pressure, not to mention a lazy ass or absent husband. They should know it's ok to be a housewife if they so choose. However, there are individual women who are plenty happy working and to specifically tell your sparring partner what she thinks and feels torpedoed your argument.

Fucking funny though.

War! What is it Good For? A Lot, Apparently.

Take the long view. The world of the Stone Age, for instance, was a rough place; 10,000 years ago, if someone used force to settle an argument, he or she faced few constraints. Killing was normally on a small scale, in homicides, vendettas and raids, but because populations were tiny, the steady drip of low-level killing took an appalling toll. By many estimates, 10 to 20 percent of all Stone Age humans died at the hands of other people.
This puts the past 100 years in perspective. Since 1914, we have endured world wars, genocides and government-sponsored famines, not to mention civil strife, riots and murders. Altogether, we have killed a staggering 100 million to 200 million of our own kind. But over the century, about 10 billion lives were lived — which means that just 1 to 2 percent of the world’s population died violently. Those lucky enough to be born in the 20th century were on average 10 times less likely to come to a grisly end than those born in the Stone Age. And since 2000, the United Nations tells us, the risk of violent death has fallen even further, to 0.7 percent.
Most people fall into what Thomas Sowell called "stage 1 thinking." What he believed was that most people react to what is in front of them and never asked the question "And then what?"

When I was an undergraduate studying economics under Professor Arthur Smithies of Harvard, he asked me in class one day what policy I favored on a particular issue of the times. Since I had strong feelings on that issue, I proceeded to answer him with enthusiasm, explaining what beneficial consequences I expected from the policy I advocated.

“And then what will happen?” he asked.

The question caught me off guard. However, as I thought about it, it became clear that the situation I described would lead to other economic consequences, which I then began to consider and to spell out.

“And what will happen after that?” Professor Smithies asked.

As I analyzed how the further economic reactions to the policy would unfold, I began to realize that these reactions would lead to consequences much less desirable than those at the first stage, and I began to waver somewhat.

“And then what will happen?” Smithies persisted.

By now I was beginning to see that the economic reverberations of the policy I advocated were likely to be pretty disastrous — and, in fact, much worse than the initial situation that it was designed to improve.

Simple as this little exercise may sound, it goes further than most economic discussions about policies on a wide range of issues. Most thinking stops at stage one.
Most people look at war and see the deaths on the battlefield at that time, and little else. Hindsight has made us rethink some wars, especially WWII. Even Vietnam is being looked at more critically, with the realization that short term thinking made us lose a war we were actually winning.

I've always thought of war like surgery. Let's say your appendix or gall bladder needs to be removed. You are getting by. You are working but have pain. Eventually if you continue without surgery, you will probably die or at the very least, do a whole lot of damage to your body. But in the short term, you are doing reasonably ok. When you get surgery, you're down. You're laid up in the hospital. You have done new damage to your body that wasn't there before.

But you heal, you're back up in a few days, and you end up far better off in the long term than you were before. War is like that. We finished up WWII in less than 4 years, at for America. We didn't mess around and it got VERY messy. Hell we killed a ton of our own men in accidents. Tons of people died. But within a decade after the war, the Japanese were making Godzilla movies. Things were better very quickly.

Contrast that to the very constrained war we wage against terror. The press and the people were so very concerned with civilian and troop casualties. We had to run nearly every mission by a legal committee. It's going on 14 years and Islamic terror is as bad as ever. We are dragging this thing on instead of being definitive, decisive, and yes, dare I say it, indiscriminate regarding casualties. Maybe if we were a little more brutal, this thing might have been over years ago.

Maybe War, waged decisively and with purpose, can make things better in the long run, even for the losers. Ask Germany, Italy, and Japan.

Take Your Fascist Thought Control Somewhere Else

So Ted 2 is coming. Here's your trailer(NSFW):

Now having seen that on Aint it Cool a couple weeks back, I made a few dopey comments. It's funny to me. Stupid but funny. Keep in mind, this is a movie about a foul mouthed teddy bear that came to life and decided to smoke weed. It doesn't get more inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.

Here's my first comment:

Ummm ok. I can see where this is going. Later on he followed up other people who thought it was funny with this.

Ok. I could start in how blacks never got surgery to inflate their lips like trans people do. Or roll my eyes at the complete extreme it is go for the bigoted hate monger insult so quickly. But really, this is typical of SJW (Social Justice Warriors). This might be a trans gendered person but most likely a white suburban SJW with daddy issues.

To compare racism of 50 years ago to a couple of silly throw away jokes in a stoner teddy bear movie is totally insulting to those that actually fought that fight.

I don't care what people do with their lives as long as they don't fuck with my life. But FUCK YOU telling me what I should and shouldn't laugh at. FUCK YOU thought police! I will laugh at whatever I think is funny. Everyone else is fair game, what makes you think you should be exempt? Whiny fucking babies.

Avengers and BullS***. Time to Start A New Name. Same Fight Though.

I was perusing the rotten reviews of the new Avengers movie and here's two blurbs right next to each other:
It was like Whedon thought about the 1st film and felt it wasn't deep enough, not realizing that its success was its comic book shallowness. It was just fun for audiences.
Ok. Looks like he was trying to go for a deeper thing. Maybe missed the mark like the 2003 Hulk in trying mine deep ideas instead of being a "turn your brain off" comic book movie. Fair enough. It IS a super-hero movie, it's supposed to be fun and not necessarily smart. Again, see 2003 Hulk if you want to see a movie disappear up its own ass and not very entertaining.

But then the very next review blurb:
If you're happy to, as they say, just turn your brain off and watch your heroes fight, it's fine...But Marvel has set me up to expect stories a bit above that base level.
Ummm. Did you two watch the same movie? How can there be two such diametrically opposed viewpoints on the same goddamn film?

The reason I bring this up is that I have been listening to the Sargon of Akkad on youtube lately. He is very logical, reasonable, well sourced, and friggin entertaining as all get-out. He's mostly anti-feminist and appears to be pro-israel and pro-...well freedom and capitalism. Yet he calls himself left-wing. How can someone I, as far as I can tell on his admittedly limited scope, agree with him at nearly every turn and he calls himself left wing?

I've seen this pop-up here and there more and more. People I agree with calling themselves somethings the opposite I'm told it is? Are we just calling ourselves whatever the fuck we feel like it anymore? Is there no hard and fast rule? Lefties don't like capitalism, seem to be down with feminism, and generally try to fuck over your freedoms. Sargon has their number down pat. I have heard him delineate a bit between "progressive" and "left" but I never saw a difference between those two.

I wonder sometimes if the label "right-wing" has just so been poisoned by the left so successfully that normal, reasonable people who are on our side on most of the issues just refuse to call themselves right wing. I do call myself right-wing but another sees and agrees with me on most issues calls himself left wing. Like the Avengers reviewers, I wonder are we seeing the same political movements? In fact, I see everyone trying to define everything into so many neat little categories all the time instead of trying to fix the obvious bullshit anymore.

The left has successfully rebranded themselves several times. Perhaps we need to as well. "Libertarian" isn't working out. My new political movement is the "The Freedom From Bullshit" movement. We see Bullshit, we work to free ourselves from it. Simple, direct. We all know bullshit when we see it. I don't care what you labeled yourself before, if you believe this stuff is bullshit, join me.

Ridiculous taxation so we can pay people to not work? Bullshit.

Companies like GE not paying taxes cause they donated to the right political party? BULLSHIT.

Idiotic churches yelling "God Hates Fags?" Bullshit. Get it out of here.

Screaming twitter mobs full of whining butthurt assholes who don't like shirts worn by people who land satellites? Total bullshit.

Political parties that supposed to represent your interests but just caves to the other side cause it has no spine? What a bunch of bullshit.

Saying you're against racism, sexism, and homophobia while blaming everything on straight, white men? Say it with me: Bullshit.

Federal government? Let's face it, the entire organization from the top down is now nothing but bullshit.

So that's what I'm working towards. #FreedomFromBS Start the hashtag.

Oh and let's agree why Avengers sucks or rocks and not make up a bunch of bullshit while we're at it.

Episode 41: Hillary, Wisconsin Fascism, & Star Wars!

Our last Conversation done in a car. More to come, keep watching www.conservativeyoda.com for details as we transition to youtube. Don't worry, audio podcasts will still happen. Mark discusses Hillary's ridiculous income gap statements. Jim and Mark discuss how far the left are willing to use force. Then the second hour they discuss the Force and all things Star Wars, especially the Star Wars celebration that happened this weekend.

Here's the story on Wisconsin's Fascism: http://www.nationalreview.com/article/417155/wisconsins-shame-i-thought-it-was-home-invasion-david-french

This May Be The Most Important Story You'll Read Today

Fascism is alive and well in America.
It was indeed a home invasion, but the people who were pouring in were Wisconsin law-enforcement officers. Armed, uniformed police swarmed into the house. Plainclothes investigators cornered her and her newly awakened family. Soon, state officials were seizing the family’s personal property, including each person’s computer and smartphone, filled with the most intimate family information.

Why were the police at Anne’s home? She had no answers. The police were treating them the way they’d seen police treat drug dealers on television. In fact, TV or movies were their only points of reference, because they weren't criminals. They were law-abiding. They didn't buy or sell drugs. They weren't violent. They weren't a danger to anyone. Yet there were cops — surrounding their house on the outside, swarming the house on the inside. They even taunted the family as if they were mere “perps.”

As if the home invasion, the appropriation of private property, and the verbal abuse weren't enough, next came ominous warnings.

Don’t call your lawyer.

Don’t tell anyone about this raid.

Not even your mother, your father, or your closest friends.

The entire neighborhood could see the police around their house, but they had to remain silent. This was not the “right to remain silent” as uttered by every cop on every legal drama on television — the right against self-incrimination. They couldn't mount a public defense if they wanted — or even offer an explanation to family and friends. Yet no one in this family was a “perp.” Instead, like Cindy, they were American citizens guilty of nothing more than exercising their First Amendment rights to support Act 10 and other conservative causes in Wisconsin. Sitting there shocked and terrified, this citizen — who is still too intimidated to speak on the record — kept thinking, “Is this America?”
No. It's not. It's the left doing what they do best: impose their opinions through force. You disagree? Here you go. Secret police. Shutting people up. Judges rubber stamping the government destroying other people's rights. The NRA preaches that guns are the only bulwark against tyranny and the left scoffs? Of COURSE they scoff. So we won't be quick to speak out when it's actually happening and you won't have any defense when they invade your house.

This isn't a game anymore, not that it ever was. This is the most serious first shot in tyranny trying to stop us. This isn't Waco or Ruby Ridge where you had wackos holed up with tons of guns. This is people working within the system trying to effect change and being INVADED BY THE POLICE for having the "wrong opinion."

I can't emphasize this enough: This is totalitarianism. This is huge. This is what we have always feared but only talked about in theory. It's no longer a theory. A ton of light needs to be shined on this story.  Share it with everyone. Hopefully even MSNBC will see the danger of this. This isn't crackpots in Montana. This isn't fringe paranoia anymore. This is actually happening.

Everyone involved needs to be jailed or at the very least, removed from office.

This is what sounding the alarm looks like. Sound it. Sound it loudly.

Here's the worst part:

These raids and subpoenas were often based not on traditional notions of probable cause but on mere suspicion, untethered to the law or evidence, and potentially violating the Fourth Amendment’s prohibition against “unreasonable searches and seizures.” The very existence of First Amendment–protected expression was deemed to be evidence of illegality. The prosecution simply assumed that the conservatives were incapable of operating within the bounds of the law.
Welcome back, East Germany. It's been a while.

This is FANTASTIC

BBC Radio got punked by a SJW parody account. It doesn't get better than this.
Godfrey Elfwick is a student from Sheffield who regularly fools observers with his parody Twitter account, an off-the-deep-end “social justice warrior” persona that tweets bizarrely and hilariously about racism, sexism, misogyny and other favoured topics of the political Left.
Elfwick attracted the attention of the BBC World Service today, when he tweeted that he had never seen Star Wars. A World Service presenter who was producing a segment in the wake of the recently-released trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Force Awakens took the bait, inviting him onto the programme.
Because of course the BBC can’t tell the difference between an outlandish, obviously fake social-justice obsessed parody account and a normal member of the public.
Fantastic. Want to hear it? Here you go.

What's worse, that BBC can get so easily punked or that it's not that easy to tell the difference between SJW and parody?

This is Weird

So I'm looking for any reviews for Avengers 2: Age of Ultron. Google gives me this:

Seems low. I click on the IMDB link and I get this:

Whoa. This movie is definitely not what I was expecting. All sorts of speculation is now running rampant in my brainpan. Is Ultron the nun? Is he here to save mankind? Misunderstood Christ figure? Or is he just here to make cottage cheese?

Why is he writing letters? Who is his french lover? Thor? Wait, he Norse. Well Asgaardian. Shit this is confusing. Couldn't he have just used the internet? Who is he sending the letters to? Did he drop his vows? Is this subtitled? Do I have too much time on my hands?

We'll find out May 1st. Whatever you were expecting, this is not that movie.

White House: Our Views are Not Controversial -- Just Yours

I can't believe there isn't more press on this. When asked about Obama's criticisms of Christians, Josh Earnest dismisses it as nothing, not a big deal, and kind of funny. Then he ends it with the coup-de-gras: Just because people disagree, that doesn't mean the idea is controversial.

Wait, what?

Jeez, people are disagreeing. It couldn't be more public than a White House press briefing. I believe this is the very goddamn definition of "controversial."

But let's cut to what he really means: Your views are weird. Ours are normal. You are a weirdo, we are perfectly rational. Now shut up and sit down, God-boy. You flake.

This is who is representing you.

Vader Ball.

A palate cleanser.

Apparently Laws are Now Optional According to Sally Kohn

Seriously.
You may have heard that the government is forcing businesses not to discriminate. It isn't. If you chose to run a business, you have to follow the laws. If you don’t, that’s a choice—and you choose to suffer the consequences.
So you choose to suffer the consequences. This reminds of a child's logic (go to 0:51):

Sally. Dearie, do me a favor. Stop obeying whatever law of your choosing. Stop paying taxes for instance. Just don't do it. Let me know how long it is before people with guns show up. If you really can call that a free choice, you are a window-licking retard.

#Podcast Episode 39: FIGHT! Memories Pizza, Traditions Destroyed, & Furious 7

Mark and Jim have an honest to God, knock down, drag out fight! Seriously! Who wins? The listeners. The lesson? Politics and religion, it was bound to happen sometime. Don't worry, we kiss and make-up. Also we discuss Memories Pizza, the traditions that are being destroyed by the left, and the hypocrisy and just homogenization of the culture if they get their way. Mark saw Furious 7 and talks about it. Jim beats up Mark and Mark goes to a battered women's shelter.

Which one of us was right? Both? Neither? Let us know in the comments below.

#Memories Pizza: Soon to be a Memory?

Not if we have anything to say about goddammit.

(This link will take you to the gofundme campaign to help Memories pizza. As of this writing they were at 645,000 out of 200k they wanted to raise. Do they need it all? No, but every dollar is another bitch-slap in the face of every lefty who endorsed violence against these people. I hope they make 10 quazillion.)

I have fucking had it with this lefty fuckwits. If it weren't for people like Dana Loesch stepping up to the plate and the apparently hundreds of thousands on our side, I'd pack it in. I certainly don't expect any help from the GOP. They are too busy caving in to Obama to help us out.

For those of you who do not know, Memories Pizza was the victim of a drive-by reporting. A local ABC affiliate sent out a fresh from social justice university twenty something reporterette who descended on a small town to ferret out the crazy bible thumping crazies. After looking long and hard, she found one: Memories Pizza.

Now what did Memories Pizza actually DO? They answered a hypothetical question politely and sincerely. That's it.

I am not a practicing Christian. I could give a rat's wazoo about gay marriage. It's not my preference. So let's define a couple of things and then look at the lefty hyperventilating haters who are completely on the wrong side of this issue.

First off, the story was created whole cloth in an effort to discredit one side of the argument. The people who took the fall? The quiet, unassuming owners of Memories Pizza. The reporter went out of her way to find a podunk town where she found what she was looking for: Spittle enraged, bible thumping hate mongers.

How were they hate mongers? They answered a ridiculous hypothetical that isn't Social Justice Warrior (SJW) approved.

This brought the wrath of twitter upon them. Death threats were the worst part but a barrage of fake pizza orders and other nuisances forced them to close their doors. All because they said they'd rather not cater a gay wedding.

I'll be taking this on in the next podcast but in general, the left is not satisfied anymore with "you do your thing and we'll do our thing." You must like and accept their thing. You know, until we are all one big vanilla society. Since you people won't come around on your own, we'll just have to force you. By law if possible, by intimidation and threats when necessary.

I've had it with these assholes. And from the money that was raised, so are most of you. I think the proverbial sleeping giant has awoken. These people have gone that step too far.

**UPDATE** They raised over 840k for these people. Way to go people.

#Podcast Episode 38: Feminism, Indiana, Safe Zones, and Ready Player 1

Mark gets spun up. Again. Yawn.

Feminists and campuses have turned into pre-schools. Mark and Jim do something Ashton Kutcher and Miley Cyrus do not: Actually READ the Indiana law and they find out some interesting facts, including the fact that Bill Clinton hates the gays. Mark read a book (I know, right?!) and reviews it! It's called "Ready Player 1" and it's due to be made into a movie. Jim continues to heal from his vacation. Here's some links:

I'll Take it Where I Can Get it, Thanks @BillKristol

I'm pretty certain Bill Kristol didn't mean to single me out regarding the final four as I've never really wrote much about it. However since he did:

I now feel obligated to write something up. After all, I respect Bill a lot and even if he accidentally typed in my twitter handle, it's my duty to suck up properly with gratitude and step up to the plate for this bit of accidental publicity.

So we have three number 1 seeds in the Final Four and MSU isn't one of them. That's the underdog vote there. But I'm not given to rooting for the underdog simply because they are the underdog. After all Kentucky is trying to be the first team to go undefeated since 1976. There's something to be said for rooting for excellence.

But I found out that the "M" in MSU stands for "Michigan" and not "Mississippi." This was very valuable information because Michigan is home to Detroit and that town needs something to smile about. Anything.

Wisconsin is a state that is known for it's cheese. Also the Green Bay Packers who win enough for any state's stable of teams. Still, Milwaukee gave Kansas City Ned Yost, who took the Royals to the World Series last year for the first time since 1985. (In case you missed that tidbit of information on the various telecasts' the first 753 times they mentioned it.) So I'll be forever grateful to Wisconsin for that.

Finally we have Duke. Now I can root against Duke. For a long time the whole tournament seemed to be a formality to giving Duke the trophy and in my mind, they became the Dallas Cowboys or New York Yankees of college basketball. Just ended up hating them for beating everyone all the time.

So what's my pick? Well I guess given the limp criteria I just mentioned here, I'm going with MSU. Mostly because everyone seems to discount them and I just love going against the grain. But I will disagree with Bill that the seeding had anything to do with my pick. Nor did logic, understanding of the sport, or knowledge of college athletics... but let's just stick with the seeding thing.

Rethink Everything! Yes, Even This!

My buddy Floyd emailed me a revelation that hit him now that he's in his fifties. Sandals and socks are a good thing.
People make fun of old men wearing socks with sandals.
This has been a joke for as long as I can remember.
This evening, as I sat out in my garage listening to the radio while wearing socks with sandals it finally hit me.
I wear sandals because they are easy to put on/take off and they don't put undo stress on my feet.  Having sensitive feet this is important to me.  I wear socks because the fabric acts as a barrier/cushion and protects said sensitive feet from the rub points of said sandals.
I'm an old man who wears socks with sandals and I have a damned good reason for doing so.  I will never again laugh at jokes with this as their point.
Huh. Now given that Nike is making those sandal that slip on the feet real easy, I've noticed my stepsons wearing them over their socks. It occurred to me that I am now a part of the sandwich generation. Older than me are wearing socks and sandals, younger than me are wearing socks and sandal, and I'm a lonely gen-x'er still wearing tennies.

My Facts are Better Than Your Facts! So There! Nyaah!

I never cease to be amazed on how people use facts to support an untruth. As long as it bolsters their cause, there's no need to use context. Facts without context are useless in solving problems, at best. At worst, they turn into tools for outright lies.

Take this yahoo on twitter the other day. (This has been a few days ago now and I keep trying to get back to the blog but life has a way of diverting my attention.)

Ok. This is true. It's also stupid as it leaves out several facts to tell a larger story. For instance, the total population of blacks and whites. According to the FBI statistics, here's the distribution of crimes.

So yes, Whites commit more crimes in total. We are also 225 million vs 38 million as far as total number of population. If you do the math, 2.7% of white population are committing crimes vs. 6.5% of blacks. This means that blacks are more than three as likely to commit a crime as whites. If the populations were the same, the number of black crimes would be over 14 million!

But wait, I'm still not satisfied with my facts, which clearly tell a different story. First of all, these are just arrests, not convictions. These aren't taking into account multiple arrests. And finally, what if the black population really was the equal of whites? My guess is there would be a greater cross section of economic circumstance and that the number of crimes would still be limited to the poor and inner city. Also whites who commit the greatest number of crimes are the poor so crime isn't just a race problem, it's an economic one. All told, the rate for blacks would probably not be as high.

My point is, that I'm am not just latching on to one fact and justifying it as a reason to close off discourse, I am trying to get as much information as possible. To solve a problem. you can't just use one fact.

Let's take a different scenario. My numbers are made up, but it isn't relevant to the idea I'm trying to convey.  If we look at Apple Ipads and Bob's Tablets, the number of tablets sold are vastly different. If Apple sells a million and 1000 break and have to be returned, that's .1%. If Bob sells 10,000 tablets and 500 break, that's 5%. But in her logic, the Ipad is worse because they have a total number of broken tablets higher than Bob's Tablets.

We'll never get anywhere with these attitudes. "I got my one fact and that's all I need to justify hate." Sounds like the same mindset whites used to have in the 50's.

Manbabies Everywhere

I have said consistently that leftists are basically grown-up children. Adults physically but not mentally. However the leftist path is a simply a result of being infantile. The question is, why are so many adults determined to stay in that state? Case in point:
Getting in touch with your inner child has never been so expensive.
The Brooklyn-based Preschool Mastermind, as it's called, is a preschool-type experience for adults. No, really. And according to its founder, there's show-and-tell, arts-and-crafts such as finger paint, games (think musical chairs) and even naps.
I cannot think of anything more silly than being an adult in pre-school. These special little snowflakes are realizing that adults aren't all that special. You have to do something to be special. So they pay to feel like they did in pre-school when everybody was special.

I hated pre-school. I hated school in fact. The conformity was oppressive and I didn't fit in. I like being an individual and schools more than ever try to stifle that. Independence is an adult thing. Responsibility comes with it. And that's hard and stuff. So now we have people actively paying to regress to a less mature state.

Unbelievable.

Glenn Beck's Out of the GOP. What Took So Long?

As John McClane told Powell when he finally had to face a dead body and bullets hitting his windshield after wandering around in a Twinkie fueled daze for 45 minutes,  "Welcome to the party, Pal."

I'm uncertain when I left the GOP but I will say it's complicated. See I still generally vote for the republican candidates but it's mostly a play at defeating Democrats. I'm not for the GOP, as much as I'm totally against the Dems. I feel like I'm sticking my fingers in the dike, but that's all.

Sure, I like Scott Walker but I believe, and I hope, he's actually an effective leader that will enact conservative principles. If that person was a democrat, I'd vote for him. Walker seems like the best suited in this race to do that in a field that isn't terribly exciting.

But as a party, the GOP is full of establishment types who only are there to keep their power. They just want to do it differently than the democrats. I wanted to get rid of Boehner and I wasn't hot on McConnell simply because I knew they wouldn't fight for conservative principles but simply go for mostly liberal ones. As opposed to Obama who is full on liberal.

That's why they don't fight the good fight. Amnesty is a political football and used mainly to see which party can get credit and secure those votes. Who cares if it's right or wrong or good for the country?

Not people who believe that government is a solution to problems. Not people who believe our rights come from what they allow. GOP talks a good game about the constitution but don't really give a damn about it.

Scott Walker vs. Hilary Clinton.. A Taste

Let’s imagine the first presidential debate in the fall of 2016 . . .

Out walks Clinton and Walker. They shake hands and Walker offers his arm as they walk over to the podiums. The image of a boy scout walking a senior citizen across the street comes to mind. Throughout the debate, she calls him Scott; he calls her Mrs. Clinton. She really is old enough to be his mother. Whenever she talks about the 1990s, his team shoots out e-mails to the media reminding the press that in the 1990s, he was younger than Chelsea is now, but he didn’t get a six-figure deal from a TV network for doing nothing. It’s the opposite of 2008, when Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) looked grandfatherly and harried in comparison to then-junior Sen. Barack Obama.
Hilary is acting like this is a fait accompli. It's her turn, the King is leaving and she's next in line. I think we are getting tire of that act. The emails show she believes she's above it all. Walker is a man of the people if there ever was one. We'll see what the American people are still willing to fall for or if they've had enough and are getting informed.

So Now This Happened #NetNeutrality

The FCC's Power Grab is Now Complete
The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday adopted sweeping new regulations sought by President Obama for how Americans use and do business on the Internet, in a party-line vote that is sure to be challenged by the broadband industry.
The commission, following a contentious meeting, voted 3-2 to adopt its so-called net neutrality plan -- a proposal that remained secret in the run-up to the final vote.
On its surface, the plan is aimed at barring service providers from creating paid "fast lanes" on the Internet, which consumer advocates and Internet companies worry would edge out cash-strapped startups and smaller Internet-based businesses. Chairman Tom Wheeler said it would ensure an "open, unfettered network."

Yeah. Cause government involvement in an already "open, unfettered network" will make it MORE open. Somehow. That's the track record of the government, right?

Remember the goose that laid the golden egg? Obama shot it and had it stuffed on his mantle.

#Podcast Ep. 33: SEX! NUDITY! INAPPROPRIATE! Also Oscars, Net Neutrality, and John Kerry

Mark delves into TMI territory. How porn isn't just immoral, it may actually destroy the human race. We then bring you Chapter 345 of "Mark Gets Spun Up." This time it's regarding the politicizing of the Oscars and the ridiculous speeches. We check and see how our Oscar picks did from several episodes ago. We talk extensively about net neutrality and the naked power grab by the FCC. John Kerry gets caught forgetting what he was actually for and that gets Jim spun up. Lots of miscellaneous crap.

Scott Walker Confounds the Media And Wins Hearts and Minds

On Saturday afternoon, two of the Washington Post’s crack political correspondents accosted Governor Scott Walker in the lobby of a JW Marriott hotel and asked him whether he believed that President Obama is “a Christian.” As is always the way with silly questions, this inquiry elicited a silly answer. And, as it was foretold, that silly answer provoked a maelstrom inside the bubble.

Had Walker been asked, “To which religion does President Obama claim he adheres?” he might well have responded without making headlines. But he wasn’t. Instead, he was prompted to weigh in on a question that he could not possibly answer: namely, whether the president is, in any meaningful sense, what he claims to be. “Told that Obama has frequently spoken publicly about his Christian faith,” Dan Balz and Robert Costa wrote excitedly, “Walker maintained that he was not aware of the president’s religion.” And the critics screamed bloody murder.
This got Morning Joe in a Frenzy.
After initially saying that he doesn't know because he’s “never asked the president” about his faith, Walker lashed out: “To me, this is a classic example of why people hate Washington and, increasingly, they dislike the press.”

He added: “Was it [Teamsters president] Jimmy Hoffa that ripped on the Tea Party and called them unpatriotic, and the president was standing there and nobody asked him that?”

“To me, it seems I've had multiple days of an incredible double standard. They don’t ask the president about people like Jimmy Hoffa, they don’t ask Hillary Clinton about others out there,” Walker said.

Bloomberg’s John Heilemann said on MSNBC that Walker is right. “The press has a double standard on this kind of stuff.”

The panel seemed to agree that Walker or any candidate facing similar questions would be best advised to answer, “the president says he’s a Christian, I take him at his word, and let’s move on.”
Given the church he went to for so long, I'd say the jury is still out.

Yeah Mister "GodDamn America" was totally Christian.
Look, we're trying to get him so stop telling us to quit playing gotcha.
CNN's John King brought on Martin and NPR's Juana Summers for his regular "Inside Politics" segment on the morning newscast. King used the controversy over Rudy Giuliani's recent remarks about President Obama as a jumping-off point to talk about the Wisconsin governor: "He [Walker] was asked over the weekend by Dan Balz and Robert Costa of the Washington Post about the Giuliani controversy. He was also asked if he thought the President was a Christian. And he said, look, stop asking me these questions.  Here's what's Scott Walker Tweeted out on Saturday: 'Enough with the media's gotcha game. We started our American Revival' –  that's his PAC – 'to talk about big, bold, ideas.'" The journalist then turned to Summers and asked, "If you're going to run for president, is it a gotcha game; or is it, hey, you want to be president?"
Sure because if you're going to run the country, you prove your competency by telling us the religion of your predecessor. Also, we have some tongue twisters and a game of Simon-Says we'd like you to play.

Here's the problem for lefties. They try to make not answering stupid questions by stupid people a loss. Meanwhile they aren't noticing his actual victories in his home state. As Governor. Which is his current job and a good standard to tell us how he's going to do as president. Quite well, if these results are any indication.
In Washington and New York, the middle of February has been covered as a slack, gaffe-ridden period for Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. In Walker's home state, none of that's true—he's actually en route to a triumph. The state's Republican-run legislature is gearing up to pass right-to-work legislation, forbidding labor unions from requiring dues or membership as conditions for any private-sector employment. "If this bill makes it to his desk," gubernatorial spokeswoman Laurel Patrick told Bloomberg, "Governor Walker will sign it into law."

The state's labor unions are at Defcon 1, pondering the sort of mass protests that shut down Wisconsin's Capitol four years ago. Their deja vu is boundless: Now, as in 2011, they're trying to prevent Walker from doing something he gave voters no indication that he'd do. After he introduced a budget control act that ended collective bargaining for most Wisconsin public sector unions, Walker insisted that the electorate had given it the OK.
Yeah I bet they are. This is called "being effective." Rolling your eyes at reporters asking about evolution is called "knowing what's actually important." Guess what? People are seeing through it this year.
A new Public Policy Polling national survey finds Scott Walker leads the Republican presidential field with 25%, followed by Ben Carson at 18%, Jeb Bush at 17% and Mike Huckabee at 10%.
Yuppers. Scott Walker is kicking everyone's ass and is still doing the work of Wisconsin. Of course the lack of ivy league education is always going to be a problem for the party that is for the "little guy."

Scott Walker is GOP Frontrunner... Watch the Media Treat Him Fairly and With Dignity

Ha Ha. Of course not. The media is going to attempt to destroy him.
When Walker refused to denounce the former Big Apple mayor to the media’s satisfaction, they pounced. “What Scott Walker did ought to disqualify him as a serious presidential contender,” Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank hyperventilated. “Clownish,” insisted Rachel Maddow Show producer Steve Benen. “Spineless,” The Washington Post editorial board averred.
...

You will perhaps not be surprised to learn that Walker has disqualified himself from serving as the President of the United States twice in less than one week, at least according to the Beltway media. Again, Walker was judged to have failed to meet the subjectively defined standards of conduct befitting a member of the opposition party when talking about President Obama. When the Wisconsin governor was inexplicably asked by The Washington Post whether or not he believed that Barack Obama was a Christian, Walker stepped on a landmine when he answered, “I don’t know.”
We knew this was coming. But I think this time it's going to backfire and in a big way. Let's go back to 2008 when the media let Barack Obama basically do whatever he wanted to them. He basically 50 Shaded them into submission and they kept saying "Thank you sir, can I have another and will you splooge in our faces too?"

All disgusting metaphors aside, they carried the water for this guy in a way no one ever had. The jig is up. We saw what we got and we saw what the media did to give this guy cover. Going after Walker over every perceived slight is not going to work for them anymore. I don't see any hubbub outside of media circles on the evolution thing. Crickets. I am reminded of this scene from 12 Angry Men:

Pretend this juror is a lefty media head talking about conservatives in general and Scott Walker in particular. The rest of the jurors are the American people. I think that's where we are at.

#Podcast Episode 32: Biden, Isis, Scott Walker, Marie Harf, and Kingsman

Another week, another conversation, another realization that we are in deep trouble with this jerk-off in charge as ISIS continues to terrify. Mark runs across a new podcast, Two Conservative Lesbians and still is totally politically incorrect about it. But he likes it. We look at admissions for schools and why it's terrible these days. Why Scott Walker is causing liberals to hyperventilate. Why the state department has a Secretary of Gigglepants: Maria Harf. Why Joe Biden isn't registered as a sex offender. Finally we wrap it up with a spoiler filled review of the new movie, Kingsman.

Bill Nye to Media: We Need You To Lie Better

Because we can't keep fooling people into getting government to continue to do useless, intrusive things like banning light bulbs, destroying coal plants, and killing oil pipelines if you guys keep calling "Global Warming" Global Warming when it's not really warmer.

Seriously.
Words are everything, even in the global warming debate. TV personality Bill Nye the “Science Guy” told MSNBC’s Joy Reid to use the phrase climate change, not global warming, when it’s so cold out.

“Let’s not confuse or interchange climate change with global warming,” Nye told Reid on Monday. “Global warming – The world is getting warmer. There is more carbon [dioxide] holding in more heat.”

“So when the climate changes, some places get colder,” Nye added. “And the thing that’s really consistent with climate change models is this variance where it’s cold, it’s warm, it’s cold, it’s warm… So what I would hope for, my dream, Joy, is that you all, you and the news business would just say the word climate change.”
Words are now everything in the global warming debate. Evidence, measurements, and you know... science... are incidental. It's the message. Stop hating SCIENCE! by using actual science. That's really messing up our plan to control you. I mean save the planet.

Scott Walker is Quietly Destroying Your World, Jeb Bush.

Scott Walker, the little-known governor of Wisconsin, is emerging as the main challenger to Jeb Bush in the race to become the Republicans' 2016 presidential candidate.

While Mr Bush is raising tens of millions of dollars and attracting huge media attention across the country, polls indicate a quiet momentum is building for the more conservative Mr Walker.

The 47-year-old governor is trailing Mr Bush by just a few points in the polls in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina - the three early voting states that will shape the course of the Republican primary election.
Huckabee needs to leave. The only Bush I want to see during the elections is my w----.*

And Here We Go: Scott Walker Didn't Finish College Stories are Starting

Cause government is only for the mostest smart people, ya ignorant hick boob.
But in his classes, some professors said they never saw the same level of focus on schoolwork. In introductory French, for instance, Walker routinely barged into the room after the lesson had begun, loudly making excuses.

“He would talk to me, you know, say, ‘I’m very sorry, I had very important business’ ” with the student government, instructor Marc Boutet recalled. “I’m like, ‘En français ! En français!’ ”

Boutet said the other students tired of the daily disruptions. They started preemptively stealing Walker’s favorite desk, so he had nowhere to sit when he arrived.

“I think I gave him a D-minus,” Boutet said, adding that he saw Walker years later, and the two laughed about the class. French, Boutet said, “was not his thing.”
Thomas Sowell said it best:

"Whenever there's a major disaster, there always seems to be a Harvard man right in the middle of it."

Education is a fine thing but it isn't the only thing. And getting educated isn't solely the purview of colleges and universities. We have these fine things called books. We have an internet with more information at one's fingertips than ever in the history of mankind. Educated professor types (like Obama, let's say for example) have screwed this country up majorly.

Walker has more than proven himself. I think I've had my fill of lawyers and professors who never have been out in the real world. I think in the above story, the best thing about Scott Walker was this (emphasis mine):
Kevin Miller, who knew Walker from the Marquette Students for Life, described Walker’s thinking at the time as: “ ‘I’d rather have a full-time job and have the rest of my time to spend on politics.’ ” He said Walker intended to go back to school at some point. “I never got any indication that it was anything other than that. Or anything more than that.”

Walker’s own explanation has been short and simple. He got a job. He meant to go back. But he just never found the time.
There's a novel idea. Apparently figured out he's worth something in the world and has a skill to share. Then he want and got himself elected Governor. But the left is going to portray him as uneducated.

This uneducated neanderthal is going to teach the left something in the next year and those boobs will never see it coming. Even after they get shellacked, they still won't get what happened. For all their education, they never learn anything.

Scott Walker Has No Time for BS Gotcha Questions that are Meaningless

Seriously?
Asked by Webb if he is "comfortable with the idea of evolution," Walker responded "For me, I'm going to punt on that one as well."

"It's just one of those that I'm here to talk about trade, not to pontificate on other issues," he added. "I love the evolution of trade in Wisconsin. It's going well and I'd like to see an even bigger evolution."

Later Wednesday, Walker issued a written statement clarifying those remarks.

"Both science and my faith dictate my belief that we are created by God," he said in an written statement, which he also later tweeted. "I believe faith and science are compatible, and go hand in hand."
Seriously?
A week after Chris Christie’s disastrous trip to London, Walker was desperate to avoid the kind of slip that cost the New Jersey governor any positive headlines back home.
“I’d rather be bland than stupid or moronic,” he said.
Sadly, he may have been all three.
He was attempting to bolster his foreign policy credentials by saying nothing at all, and during a question and answer session at a foreign policy think tank he refused to be drawn on whether he believed in evolution.
“I’m going to punt on that one as well,” he said, which was met by harrumphs in the audience at a foreign policy think tank. It was suggested that pretty much any politician on earth could manage to answer that one. Walker changed tack, but only slightly: “I like the evolution of trade in Wisconsin.”
Oooo we got him now!

Oy.

He's right, these questions are stupid but leave to the lefty press to frame it as "tripping up" or "stumbling." No, he just simply doesn't want to play your tired games. Every cycle with this same old crap from the left. GOP is a bunch of religious zealots that are backwards idiots who don't know anything about science. It's like they are from the dark ages.

Hey can we talk about how your side is leading the crusade against vaccines based on garbage research? How about the electric cars that cause more pollution thanks to the coal plants that work overtime? Fraking is dangerous even though it really it isn't.

But those backward religious types in the middle east who cut off heads and set people on fire? They are misunderstood.

You lefties are so stupid sometimes, it actually causes my brain to come dripping out my nostrils.

What the hell is the point of those questions? What policy are we going to make based on whether or not he believes in evolution? Christ I can't think of a more irrelevant question today with all our problems. Hey media, you want to show you actually got some balls? Ask a muslim why he believes in this 12th imam stuff. How about asking a liberal politician why he hates Israel? Ask a democrat why he thinks it's ok for people who got here illegally why they should get some special treatment over those who jumped through all the hoops?

Media is full of pedantic twerps. I know you know this, but I just like to say it.
